POB seems to reflect this and I have a character in game that uses Malevolence linked to Divine Blessing, Inspiration, and Increased Duration. PoEDB provides things come out each league, as well as items, uniques, skills and passives. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets. Ready for Heist 3.
